Maintain your Nails

Manicure is a Latin word. ‘Mani’ means ‘hand’ and ‘cure’ means ‘treatment’. Manicure makes hands look nice. Massage in the ‘Manicure Treatment’ make the wrists smooth and flexible and prevent the skin of the hand getting wrinkled. It boosts up the blood circulation of hands and fingers. Manicure brings relief in arthritis, sinus, cold and cough. It also helps avoid worry and tension. Apparatus and material for manicure: Nail cutter, Nail filter, Cuticle remover, pusher, underneath remover, Dust remover, Sharp dust remover, Cuticle knife, Cotton, Shampoo, Scrub, Luke warm water, Nail polish remover, Manage cream or Body lotion, Soft Hand brush, Lemon, Salt, Napkin, Finger bowl, Hydrogen peroxide, Manicure mask, Culing film and Cotton gloves.

Steps for Manicure massage: Massage upwards on both the hands allowing the general stroke. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on both the hands. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on fingers. Do the pinching massage. Massage with thumb from the middle of the palm towards fingers. Do rubbing. Pull the fingers one by one lightly. Massage in the palm with the folded palm. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the wrists. Do the vibration massage. Do the tapping’s massage. Fold the palms in the shape of a bangle and do the massage. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the elbow. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on all the nails.
