Flavored Waxing
For flavored waxing, only disposable wax strips are to be used, so it is hygienic. Flavored wax is composed of hydro genetic Vegetable oil, Zinc oxide, Paraffin wax, Mineral oil, Base wax, Glycerine Rosynet and Titanium dioxide. Various flavored waxes are available suiting to different types of skins. For different purposes different flavored waxes can be used: Orange wax for skin lightening, coconut wax for anti-ageing effect, pink wax for sensitive skin, Lemon wax for brown spots and wrinkles, almond wax for dry skin, green apple wax for anti-allergic skin, banana wax for lessening redness on the skin, chocolate wax anti-stress spa-therapy for young skin, hazelnut wax for smooth and bright skin, coffee wax for tanning of the skin. Method of doing flavored waxing: it is the usual practice of applying powder in simple waxing but here cleansing milk is applied instead.
Apply wax in 2 to 2.5 inch space on the skin and later strip it off with disposable wax strip. Generally after waxing, wax is cleaned out with water. But for this waxing, special oil is used for cleaning out the wax so that the skin does not get dry. The common method of waxing: Apply talcum powder on the area where waxing is to be done. Then apply wax with a butter knife. Wax is to be applied in the same direction of the growth of the hair. Now press the wax strip with equal pressure on the area where wax has been applied. Then pull it back in the opposite direction of the hair growth. After the waxing, clean the area with sponge or cotton made wet in solution. If the skin is sensitive, massage the skin with calamine lotion or with cold cream.
