Cheeks: Do roll patting with just one finger of both the hands form down to upwards. Do roll-patting with three fingers. Do pinching with both the hands. Do patting with fingers on both the cheeks. Set the hands like a Japanese fan and do vibration massage. Do vibration massage with all the fingers. Give pressure with three fingers on the pulse points. Eyes: Massage in clockwise and anti-clockwise mode around the eyes. Do vibration massage with fingers below the eyes. Massage with only one finger on the crease-line. Massage in ‘S’ and ‘8’ shape in the corners of the eyes. Do pinching massage on the eyebrows. Press the eyebrows. Keep the palms on the eyes for a while. Forehead: Massage upwards with two front fingers in the center of the forehead. Massage upwards with fingers on the eyebrows. Set two fingers horizontally in V shape on the forehead and massage clockwise and anti-clockwise with one finger in the space between them.

Once more make V shape as above and do the friction massage. Keep the two fingers close to each other and massage giving a vertical stroke. Massage in ‘S’ and ‘8’ shape on the forehead. Do the tapping massage by tapping all the fingers on the forehead. Do cupping with one hand and massage upwards with other. Jaw: Set one hand beside the ear and massage with the palm of the other hand up to the jaw-line on the neck. Do the criss-cross massage from the chin to the ear on the jaw-line. Do the pinching massage on the jaw. Do tapping with the fingers on the jaw-line. Do cupping with one hand and massage upwards with the other on the jaw-line. Do the light pressure massage upwards from the jaw-line. Do the criss-cross massage on the neck.
