Steps for stomach massage: Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage around the navel. Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage with both the hands on the entire area of the stomach. Do the vibration and friction massage. Do the pinching and tapping massage. Massage in the middle towards the waist with both the hands. Massage the stomach from down to upwards. Steps for back massage: Massage on the back from up to downwards with both the hands. Do the vibration and friction massage. Do the pinching and tapping massage. Massage upwards from the waist to stomach. Dot he criss cross massage with the thumbs of both the hands. Do the criss cross massage on the spine with the thumbs of both the hands by turn. Fold the palms of both the hands and do the press massage. Massage from down to upwards with the palms on the neck.

Steps for foot massage: Massage with both the hands from down to upwards. Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage on all the joints. Pull slightly the hinder part of the sole/heel. Hold the feet alternatively and rotate it. Dot the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the hinder part of the sole/heel. Pull the toes lightly. Do rubbing on the toes. Do the vibration and friction massage. Do the pinching and tapping massage. Tap the hinder part of the sole with the folded palm. Do the criss cross massage on the part below the knee. Do the upward massage on the muscles of the calf.

Steps for neck massage: Massage with the fingers of both the hands upwards and give the butterfly strokes. Do the vibration and friction with both the hands. Do the pinching and tapping massage. Keep one hand on the neck and massage in ‘S’ and ‘8’ shape with the other hand. Do the pinching and pressing to collar bones. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the shoulders. Steps involved for Breast massage: Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage. Massage upwards by turn with both the hands. Give a little pressure with both the hands and let it go repeatedly. Steps for hand massage: Massage upwards by turn with both the hands. Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage on the contoured bones. Do the vibration and friction massage. Do the tapping and pinching massage. Form a circle like a bangle of both the palms and massage with them from upwards to downwards. It is called the Chinese bangle massage.

Do the criss cross and clockwise and anti-clockwise massage on the joints. Do the massage from up to downwards under the arms. Do the pinching and tapping under the arms. Do the vibration and friction under the arms. Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage. Do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage on the fingers. Rotate each of the fingers by turn and pull them one by one lightly. Hold each of the wrists in the other hand alternatively and do the clockwise and anti-clockwise massage. Massage the palm upwards with the thumbs.
