Before manicure, remove the nail polish and cut the nails if needed. File the nails and buffer them. Take manicure shampoo, lemon juice, honey and hydrogen peroxide 4 to 5 drops each in the luke warm water. Keep the hands in it for 10 to 15 min. Do scrubs massage lightly and wash the hands in the same water. Wipe the hands with a napkin and apply the cleansing cream on the nails. Massage only on the nails. Push back the cuticles with cuticle pusher. Then clean the cuticles from sides. Clean the nails with the underneath remover. Clean the nails from sides with a dust remover. Apply AHA skin lightening mask of manicure on the hands. Wrap the cling film paper tightly on it and put on the cotton gloves over it. Retain it for 10 min and then remove the gloves and the paper. Then massage it by rubbing. Make the person wash her hands in cold water. Massage will get the dead skin removed. Take massage steps with the cream or body lotion for 5 to 10 min.

Wipe out from inside of the nails and apply the basecoat nail polish. Methods of doing pedicure: Remove the nail polish before the pedicure. Trim the toe nails straight across with a nail clipper or scissors. Then file from the edges towards the centre of your nails. Buffer the nails. Soak the feet in warm water with shampoo, lemon drops and 5 to 6 drops of hydrogen peroxide. Retain them in the foot spa for 10 minutes. Remove the dirt from the nails and from the hinder part of the sole with a soft brush. Remove the dead skin of the hinder part of the sole with a scraper. If there are cuts and the dead skin is more, remove the extra skin with the pedi-cutter. Rub pumice stone lightly on the leg. Wipe out the cream from the nails and apply the basecoat. Then the nail polish of choice can be applied.

Steps for Manicure massage: Massage upwards on both the hands allowing the general stroke. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on both the hands. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on fingers. Do the pinching massage. Massage with thumb from the middle of the palm towards fingers. Do rubbing. Pull the fingers one by one lightly. Massage in the palm with the folded palm. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the wrists. Do the vibration massage. Do the tapping’s massage. Fold the palms in the shape of a bangle and do the massage. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on the elbow. Do the clockwise and anti clockwise massage on all the nails.
